Punkin' patch

We took Jake to the pumpkin patch in Denver last weekend (the 18th) - which was also his 9 month birthday. He is getting so big!

New Toy

This is Jake's new toy. He can sit on it and push with his feet, or we can stand it up and it works as a walker.

Bath Time

Jacob loves his baths. What he REALLY loves is playing with the shower head. Sometimes he tries to drink out of it, other times he just wants us to spray him. He will stand there forever as long as we are hosing him down.

Wooden Spoon

Like most babies, Jake likes to play with wooden spoons and pots and pans. Here is a little video of his new hobby! (Yes, we do sometimes dress our child)

Fun at home

I had to sneak into Jake's room a few nights ago and take a picture. I can't believe the flash didn't wake him up! He is too cute when he's sleeping :-)

Jake loves the garbage can. Who can blame him? Most of us love garbage cans.

Jake also likes to play in his laundry basket. He was laughing and smiling so big. Too bad the camera kept catching him at the wrong time. Here are a couple of pictures anyhow.

Toys?

So, you buy your kid toys. You buy educational toys, fun toys, loud toys, colorful toys ... and they decide to play with the 7 year old throw rug in the kitchen :-) Maybe it is a magic carpet and only Jake knows about it.

How to entertain a baby in a restaurant. Dump out the chips, and put the bowl on his head!
