Weeks 8 - 10

Jake's first camping trip - sleeping in the laundry basket. We went to Florence AZ for the MS 150 bike ride. We had a good time, but Florence isn't a highly recommended camping spot!

"Super Jake"

This is a video from the hospital right after Jake was born. He had high Bilirubin levels (a.k.a. Jaundice) and had to be under the "Bili-Light" for a couple of days. The hospital put a lovely plain white eye mask on him to protect his eyes from the lights. Brian decided the mask was too boring and drew eyes on it. Somehow (probably due to our lack of sleep) we decided that Jake looked like a super hero in his lair - hence the following video.

I know Jake isn't "doing" anything very exciting right now, but here are a couple of video's anyhow. We think he's darn cute, even if he doesn't talk or walk yet. If a picture is worth a thousand words, a video has got to be worth more!
