Easter 2012

We spent Easter Sunday with our neighbors .. the boys enjoyed the egg hunt and then a dip in the COLD pool. What a nice day!

Digital Scrapbooking

So, here are the three "assignments" I have completed for my digital scrapbooking class .. I know I posted the first one a few weeks (months?) ago, but wanted to post again so they are all together. This is what I like to do during naptime! The Race

Jake is growing up way too fast .. he rode in his first "race" a couple weeks ago. After the really little kid race he decided to go around with the big kids .. he had a blast and we are pretty sure he might follow in Dad's footsteps with the bike racing .. god help us.

We got Max a swing for the back patio for his birthday - it was a hit!

Jake picked it out .. I was going to get a regular baby swing, but that wasn't good enough. We had to get Lightening McQueen.

Max really REALLY likes to play basketball .. he likes it when we lift him up to the little hoop at home. He likes our little blow up hoop which he can actually reach. He was a little confused about how high the hoop at the park is though - can't quite reach.

A Visit From Our Cousins!

We had a fantastic visit this week with my sister and her family! They were with us to celebrate Max's 1st birthday and also our 5th wedding anniversary. It was so much fun to watch the cousins all play together and enjoy each others company. We hope they can make this an annual trip!
